Use this form to request Lunch Reflection (LR) for students who exhibit continuous Tier 1 (Level A) infractions. Teachers should have already A) Implemented a minimum of two (2) interventions and B) notified the guardian (all documented in MISIS). The student's counselor must also be made aware of the request to ensure transparency and a collaborative process.

Be mindful that sometimes LR can take days to complete, as some students are absent, leave class early or outright refuse. (Students that outright refuse will be issued a demerit and the matter escalated.)

Students will stay on the working list until they complete the reflection.
