City Year -School Program

City Year is an education-focused national service organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduate.

At MAHS i, a team of 9 City Year AmeriCorps members serve as full-time tutors, mentors, and role models, targeting student performance in the 9^th grade – especially in the areas of attendance, behavior, and course performance in English and math.
